About Us
Three Counties Payroll was launched in 2002 and nearly two Decades later, the company has gone from strength to strength, with a healthy retained client base and new clients regularly coming on board.
Managing Director Neil Sysum, had a vision for Three Counties Payroll from day one, which is still shared by our partners and staff today, which is that our clients should always receive the best service for the best price. As well as being a qualified accountant and having over 20 years experience in Finance and Accountancy, Neil spent 7 years as Course Director for IAB and AAT Certificates at Worcester College of Technology, teaching both Accountancy and Payroll.
As a result of this, as Three Counties Payroll grew, we were able to recruit the best in the industry – highly professional people that we knew personally and talented students that Neil had taught.
Director, Liz Duggan now leads the Payroll team, ensuring that best practice and an excellent service is maintained at all times.

Liz started working for Three Counties Payroll in 2009, became Payroll Manager in April 2013 and Director since 2019. Liz is very experienced in all areas of Payroll and with dealing with HMRC, she prides herself on being able to give a service our clients can rely on. Liz is also an AAT Qualified Accountant and graduated from the University of Worcester in 2019 with a payroll degree. More recently, she has completed fire safety training and is now one of our Fire Safety Officers.
Zoe Francis
Business Relationship Manager
Zoe joined the team in July 2020. She has enjoyed a varied career and has worked in Education, Estate Agency and Business Development for the most part of her career. With her experience in different sectors, she brings with her; excellent client-facing skills, a fresh pair of eyes to our already successful business model and a creative flair. In her spare time, she enjoys dog walking and spending time with her family.

Hannah Fisher
Payroll Administrator
Hannah started working with Three Counties Payroll at the beginning of September 2020, to help to process furlough claims. As she has done so well, we decided to train her to further her skills within the payroll department. Hannah completed her Level 3 Training in October 2022 and is now fully qualified in her new role as Payroll Administrator. In her spare time she loved spending time with her husband and 2 children and going for meals and spending time outdoors; walking, fishing and having adventures.

Joe has been part of the payroll team for 3 years. He has learnt a lot while being at Three Counties Payroll and is just about to complete the Payroll Administrator Level 3 course, which will enable him to progress in his payroll career with us.
