Our Background

Three Counties Payroll was launched in 2002 and nearly two Decades later, the company has gone from strength to strength, with a healthy retained client base and new clients regularly coming on board.

Managing Director Neil Sysum, had a vision for Three Counties Payroll from day one, which is still shared by our partners and staff today, which is that our clients should always receive the best service for the best price.

As well as being a qualified accountant and having over 20 years experience in Finance and Accountancy, Neil spent 7 years as Course Director for IAB and AAT Certificates at Worcester College of Technology, teaching both Accountancy and Payroll.

As a result of this, as Three Counties Payroll grew, we were able to recruit the best in the industry – highly professional people that we knew personally and talented students that Neil had taught.

Director, Liz Duggan now leads the Payroll team, ensuring that best practice and an excellent service is maintained at all times.
