He is a qualified Accountant and a great addition to the team, he as been working in finance for over 10 years and has been a payroll manager and training officer for Three Counties Payroll and Worcester College of Technology.

Emma is the Payroll Manager and also Senior Partner of the NRS Group. Emma heads up our experienced team and ensures that clients get the best service we have to offer. She is dedicated and is an inspiration; she also assists in revamping and improving the companies mission and high standards and is one of the reasons we receive such high levels of customer testimonials. She is an excellent manager who is respected by both the payroll team and clients alike.
Payroll Consultant
Pauline is the founder of Three Counties Payroll and we are proud to have her as a senior consultant within the practice. She has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years and gives great advice where it really matters. Some of her best advice comes when dealing with legislation changes, staffing and contract issues. She is well respected by the clients and is praised for her professional and friendly manner.
Payroll Officer
Valerie has been in the accounts world for over 40 years. Specialising in payroll, she has been with Three Counties Payroll for over six years. In that time she has built up a reputation for being an excellent officer and is highly recommended and respected by our clients. She is a great addition to the team and loved by our clients for her 'can do' attitude.

Nicci is a great assistant in the office who works hard to support our team and our clients. She processes clients individual weekly and monthly payroll and reconciles monthly reports accurately and quickly. She has a great manner with our clients and is an asset to Three Counties Payroll.

Liz is the newest member to the team and in minutes she became a great asset to the company. She is a valued team player who helps to organise the operations by assisting our Managing Director and working with the payroll team specialising in credit management and management reporting.
