Pauline Sysum, who has 20 years experience in book-keeping, payroll and accounts and taught at colleges in Cheltenham and Gloucester for seven years, started with just six clients but word quickly spread.

Neil Sysum has over 10 years experience in finanace and accountancy and continues to teach at Worcester College of Technology where he is currently the course leader for IAB and AAT Certificate.

As the company grew, we recruited the best in the business - highly professional people we knew personally and talented students we had both taught.

Now we have an amazing team of dedicated and professional payroll officers working as part of the NRS Group under direction of our Payroll Manager Emma-Jayne Nash.

Three Counties Payroll now boasts hundreds of clients nationwide and, in 2008, acquired further office space, now the training suite.
