The Payroll Service
Three Counties Payroll aims to provide our valued clients with a comprehensive payroll
service, allowing them more time to focus on their business activities.
We will provide all of the following in our service to you:
- Pay Slips calculated, printed and posted to you within 24 hours.
- Management Reports
- Correspondence with external agencies i.e. Inland Revenue and DWP
- Calculation of monthly PAYE/NIC liability
- Calculation of pay adjustments i.e. Court orders, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP and Holiday
Pay
- P45s
- Advice on changes in employment legislation e.g. National Minimum Wage and Working
Time Regulations
- Payroll ‘Health’ Check
- All year-end procedures including online submission i.e. P35, P14, P60 and P11D
are charged with an additional annual fee
At Three Counties Payroll there are no hidden charges. Our price structure is for
an ‘All-Inclusive’ Payroll Service. You join us with confidence that your payroll
is being dealt with by experienced professionals who are proud of the service they
provide.
The service is completely confidential and aims to meet the needs of each individual
client. All work is completed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
For more advanced Human Resource situations i.e. Disciplinary and Grievances, we
have professionals available to meet your needs at an extremely competitive additional
fee.
