About Us
Three Counties Payroll was established in 2002 by the Proprietor; Pauline Sysum.
Pauline has 20 years experience in Book-keeping, Payroll and Accounts. In addition,
she has seven years experience of successfully teaching Book-keeping and Payroll
at colleges in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
The Company started in business with just six clients. Pauline’s ethos for Three
Counties Payroll was to ensure that her customers always received the best possible
service for the best possible price with a ‘personal touch’.
Word soon got around of her excellent service, outstanding quality and value for
money. Three Counties Payroll gradually expanded its database from the original
six to the current 300+ clients nationwide.
With such rapid growth of her Company, Pauline needed staff to assist her. Mindful
that new staff needed to share the aforementioned ethos and goals, she recruited
only the most professional personnel with whom she had personal knowledge of their
work, or were the most talented students she had taught at college.
In 2008, Three Counties Payroll acquired further office space; the Training Suite.
Pauline’s vision is not only to operate an outstanding Payroll and Book-keeping
service, but also to deliver the very best Payroll and Book-keeping Training in
Gloucestershire.
